Examples of Exercises
You can incorporate these bands into a variety of movements to enhance your training:

Lower Body & Glutes:

Side Walks: Place the band around your ankles or just above your knees, bend slightly, and step sideways to engage the hips and glutes.

Clamshells: Lie on your side with the band around your knees and open your top knee against the resistance.

Banded Squats: Use a band around your thighs to increase muscle engagement in your legs and hips.

Bicycle Crunches: Loop the band around your feet while lying on your back to add resistance to your abdominal movements.

Plank Jacks: From a plank position with the band around your ankles, bounce your feet in and out to challenge your core and hip stability.

Shoulder Spreads: Hold the band in both hands in front of you and pull your arms outward to target the upper back and shoulders.
